- Returned Merchandise -

Authorization to return merchandise must be obtained within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be received within 2 weeks. To receive credit the product must be unused. Custom built driveshafts cannot be returned, unless the mistake was made by our company for which we will take responsibility.

Returns by customers for no fault of the company will be charged a 25% restocking fee and freight charges that were prepaid. Customers are responsible for inbound shipping.

- Driveshaft Errors -

Company Responsibility - If we fail to build a driveshaft to the specifications supplied to us, we will correct the problem and pay both inbound and return freight.

Customer Responsibility - If the customer makes a mistake in the specifications of a driveshaft, a correction can be made with a 25% discount off our labor rate and parts. Returned shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Installation - The customer is responsible for determining the appropriate product used on their vehicles. Our company is not responsible for determining the use of any product.  Metalcraft & Mechanical Service has no control over products installed by the customer.
